Visiting my grandma today. She's been here for a few years with Alzheimer's. The staff is so caring and kind. My grandma stabilized after she got here. When she was at home she was constantly screaming and crying and losing her mind. Once she got here she got real calm. She is getting so old now and it breaks my heart to see her but at least we know she is safe and in good hands.

The Villa's has an at home feeling from the moment you walk in. No odd smells. I haven't met one unkind person there. I believe the owner takes extra care with the residents because his mother once was a resident there. His heart is in it. The food there is outstanding. The Chief is better then 99% of the restaurants in San Bernardino.. The Villas is a home for your loved one not an assisted living facility. My Mom passed away there last year and everyone was kind every step of the way. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Our family decided to move father here about a month ago due to memory and tripping hazards. The staff are excellent and interact very well as our father has suffered due to Covid isolation issues prior to this move. Staff are caring, professional and ALWAYS act in the best interests of their residents, under the circumstances we could not be more pleased with his progress. This facility is very accommodating to not only our father but entire family and always meet or exceed our expectations. My mom has been here several years. She started out in independent living. As her Alzheimer's progressed she was moved into the Garden's where they have special care for Alzheimer's patients and the doors remained locked to prevent wandering. I've been so happy with the quality of care that she has received over the years. My first few visits there, I met with Jana, the director. She is such a compassionate person. It made a difficult decision so much easier. Today my mother no longer knows who I am but I'm comfortable knowing that she receives the best possible care available.

Moved my mother into the Villas @ San Bernardino in July from another facility. The facility is clean, the residents are welcoming, and the staff is great! The Villas offer a genuine family type atmosphere which is hard to find. The cook and his staff deliver food that tastes good and appear to take pride in what they serve and who they serve. Mom suffered from Alzheimer's,when she could no longer stay with Dad in their home I searched for a facility that I felt would give Mom the care I wanted her to have. I liked the Villa's right away, it's smaller scale made it feel less institutional and much more residence like. The dinning room was inviting and the food quite good. The public rooms cozy and well appointed. As Mom's disease progressed she had to move to the memory care unit.
