I love my apartment and the Staff Christina and Kelsey are such respectful and wonderful staff. They are going an excellent job. Been staying here 5 months now everything is great.
I love the tenet only parking and you have to have a visitor pass so there's always parking which is always a plus when you pay rent somewhere lol staff is so nice and helpful I gave maintenance 4 stars because they work is so good but it does take some time for them to come.Great place to be! Grace, Justin & Eric have helped with every question or concern that i have had they male it a very comfortable place to be.

Been nothing but problems since I moved in ranging from bugs to month old “work orders” that are things that should of been done before I even moved in. Homeless in and out all hours of the night scattering the dumpsters all over the place and messing with cars because the security gate is always open. Flies, trash, and dog droppings all around except by the office. The price has moved $300 since I’ve moved in and they don’t tell you that water, trash, and sewage will be added to rent until you sign. If you like the feel of living at a car show/public park this place is for you.

Maria is a TERRIBLE apartment manager. She's a liar, very rude and insensitive to tenants needs and concerns.
Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Office staff is never there, phones are never answered, maintenance requests were never taken care of and the entire complex is disgusting. Only one laundry room and it was always a mess and machines always broken.
Horrible place to live, 0/10 would not recommend. RUN.

I parked my car outside on the curb and my car was shot with a gun. I came out and found 2 bullets inside! Homeless people in and out. Neighbors playing loud music and having parties . The front gate was always broken allowing access to the public . The inside was nice but the outside is a total mess and low income area . I would no recommend. Don't say you weren't warned !!

Beware! Complete scammers! They told me available to move in now, once I applied they change availability and told me they refunded me, just re-apply so I did. Only partial refund wasnt mentioned. After complaining they canceled my application and said no availability and still ran my credit to keep my money.

Maria is a very unprofessional unethical person to work with. She underestimates her audience and cussed at me A RESIDENCE over the phone because I had a maintenance order that has been pushed back.... I have been with out water for 3 WEEKS that explains everything. Maria has been unresourceful and she is the reason why i am leaving Park Heights Apartments. I am exhausted with the experience I have had with her every time I have to call the office.

If you don't mind staying in your apartment, or all the amenities of a management that could care less about the tenants. Then this is the place for you. My Cars been broken into, things stolen off my porch, and threatened by those living in my community, and all the management can say is, oh well, call the cops!
