I would like to publicly thank Elements, the cremation company for making such a difficult time in our lives just a bit easier. Their knowledge, their attention to detail, their caring hearts, their immediate follow-up...all of it made losing our beloved Mom just a bit easier because we felt we had entrusted her to capable and caring hands.

I did my research going into the process of having my family member cremated. I knew to expect hidden charges, missed fees, etc. I knew I had to be on my toes to make sure everything was ok with the process. Then I spoke to Ronette at Elements and I was so wrong. At that point, my research for a cremation company stopped. After 5 minutes of talking to her, I knew this company was the right one.

Danny and Ronette have been amazing and very helpful during this difficult time. My family and myself weren't sure what we had to do and they walked us thru every step. They made my mom feel very comfortable with how things were going with my dad and she felt my dad was in good hands. Thank you both again for all ur help.
