Fastidious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

This is a great and welcoming training environment. I train out of New York and stopped by Fastidious BJJ while I was on vacation for a week in Florida- could not have been more happy with my decision. the instruction was outstanding and I had some great rolls with even better people. Will deffinatly return the next time I'm in the area!

Our daughter trains with Fastidious through her school, they come give classes once a week. She has been loving it! Shout out to you guys for such an awesome idea. It lets her learn and grow, without the pressures of her parents standing over her shoulder. Keep up the good work, she seems to be retaining a lot of what Justin has been teaching her. 🤙🏻

Professor Justin is a great martial artist as well as an excellent instructor. His Jiu Jitsu is really strong and he explains it well. This means that his students can do it also. It really shows that Justin has been teaching Jiu Jitsu professionally for a while.

Justin and his staff at Fastidious are extremely courteous and polite. They are patient and thorough with instruction. Kickboxing and BJJ are excellent exercise and fun to do. The family environment here makes this an excellent place to learn and train.

I have worked with Justin for a number of years. He is a knowledgeable coach who has a strong grasp of teaching methodologies that have a high yield of success. Fastidious Jiu Jitsu in Bayside Lakes has been a great place for my 10 & 4 year old sons to train. The facility is very clean and well kept.
