I've been thinking about buying a home soon and I reached out to Amanda with Black Diamond to discuss my options and get some information about the housing market and the home buying process. Jamie Lou is the most amazing agent in the entire galaxy. My home which is 91 years old and not without its quirks sold 45 days after listing at asking price due to her hard work and professionalism. She stayed in constant contact with me the entire escrow process, too.
