Horizons North Credit Union offers several events and seminars to educate our members on financial matters. Broomfield Days returns for 2021! This family fun event will be held at Midway park. The fair features a parade, Mayor's Cup Road Race, classic car show, live entertainment, and HNCU will have a booth in the vendor section.

Extremely unprofessional. Rene called my place of work and when handed over to my boss she let my boss know I was late on a payment. That is NOT information I wanted my boss to be informed of especially in such a threatening manner. My boss tried to inform Rene I would be in for my shift soon but Rene talked over her. Boss let me know she told her that sharing this information was “unprofessional bedside manner” but that she would pass on the message and Rene continued to interrupt her loudly and told her she needed to make a payment to her NOW. I will be refinancing with another company. The

I have been working with Ann for sometime now.
I tried calling her for assistance and she right away rejected my call. Not one minute had passed by I tried calling again but from a different number and she answered right away.
She declined my call because she purposely did not want to help me. I would’ve understood if she was busy at the time but barely 30 seconds had passed when I called back from a different number.
It is very difficult to find good customer service here, to find someone that actually wants to help you.
It has been a week since I was able to get a hold of Ann and I still

I only gave one star because I had too. I noticed
they have a 3.4 rating and only show the ones that gave 5 stars. Im not a member, nor would I ever want to be. I only go there because it's a sister credit union to my credit union which is awesome. This one horizon in Westminster is the worst. Today my son and I went thru the drive thru and I was making a deposit and wanted to get a couple rolls of quarters as I have done on several occasions. She went and helped the person in the next row, making us wait. Finally she did our deposit and told us they don't give quarters rolls at the drive thru

Last week I was in my credit union taking care of getting a new key cut for my safety deposit box. The appointment was set for 11:00. I was running a little behind and contacted the credit union so they could contact locksmith. They said they would call him and let him know I was running late and when I arrived, the locksmith was there, my appointment ran super smooth and I appreciated a representative from the credit union being in the room with me while the locksmith did his work.
