Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , I spend like 2 years here and my teeth would look the same until I got them off I wasn’t happy with my smile I went to a place here in Monterey Park to put my braces on I seen I change in 1 month !!! 1 month !!! I changed my daughter right away when I seen the change cause she was going there like 3 years !!! Horrible place doctor doesn’t know what she doing sorry ! Don’t spend ur money here !!

Finished ortho treatment in December only to find out that they kept charging me to “help patients out” to keep insurance money for other services. now I can’t get a covered retainer somewhere else. Thanks CDI! Ohhh and had an unnecessary root canal that ended up being useless since my tooth was dead AND MY ROOT CANNAL WAS DONE CROOKED paid 7k for a new tooth which I would have needed anyway since the tooth was fractured and they didn’t bother to tell me that either. but thanks to the neglect of my gums I stopped going in fear that my teeth would fall out and now I need a gum graft too

I scheduled my consult on the website, received a text confirmation, arranged child care and showed up on time, only to learn that my apt was not on the books and they could not see me. I was told this is an 'ongoing problem,' so I assume they have put out many patients in the same manner and there didn't seem to be any urgency to fix it. Now I'm out time and money and am very frustrated by this easily avoidable situation.

I am one of those that hates going to the dentist and puts it off. However, I recently had an abundance of pain and was referred to CDI dental by a friend. I saw Dr. Ayoub and was very happy with her. She calmed my nerves and was patient with me. I ended up needing a root canal (no surprise since last time I went to the dentist was years ago and I ignored the pain for so long). The process was painless. Upon my lasT visit, I learned they do botox for TMJ, and as a conscious clencher, I asked Dr. Ayoub. I haven't felt myself clenching throughout the day and my headaches have subsided. Highly

I almost feel the same as this other unsatisfied patient, that it was probably blocked😏 my daughter and myself are patients at this clinic and yes they have been open almost three years by now and is true that it sounds like a deal when you start with them and they have good customer service but they don’t tell you that they will drag your treatment as much as possible, they will charge you x- rays every six months even if you have a couple of months before you’re done with treatment which I think they were not needed but they ignored me and charge anyways because is their policy

I was referred here by a friend just for a consultation for my children's braces. I expected the same process I went through for my braces... which is appointment after appointment with a big down payment before starting the process of getting your braces but due to a promotion they were offering and the fact that my kids had just went to see their general dentist that month, both my kids were able to get their braces on their first appointment. I'll be honest I was unsure if I would stick to the place simply because it was supposed to be a consultation and I was still shopping around

My son has had his braces for about 30 months and his teeth weren't even that crooked. They don't update you on and any progress unless you nag them and even then they still give you a vague update. They still want to continue with his braces nickel and dime'n me for everything. I thought it would save us money coming here, but it end up costing us more than we would pay out of pocket from our insurance. A lot more!

I'm very satisfied with CDI dental group. I come in once a month for my braces and they are always so happy, friendly, and informative. I live about 2 hours away but I never mind driving out here for my monthly visits. The drive is worth it!! I'm pleased with my results and thank the doctor and staff for that!

I've been coming to this office for about a year and I love everyone here. Especially Juliana, she's always so sweet and so kind. It's not too much of a drive but they're always so flexible with my mornings schedules. I'm always telling propels about where I get braces at especially because they're so affordable, and I see a huge change in my teeth. I'm so happy with my results, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a new smile :)
