First moved in the management was great! After a few months the entire staff was replaced by people who don't respond to emails nor calls. I had to get a new key and was told to pick it up at 4:00, they close at 5:00. I get to the office and everyone had left besides the only maintence team member who had actually been kind to us. I put in my notice and never got a reponse. I called multiple times about it and finally almost move out they said they had recieved my notice. Didn't attempt to contact me until two weeks after we moved out asking if we went through with it. Our apartment didn't have

I applied for an apartment on a Wednesday and paid a $50 application fee. I Heard nothing for several days so I called. The woman who answered had no idea about my application or even what units they had available and said she would call me back. She never did. I then called 5 or 6 more times over the span of a few days and they never picked up the phone. Ridiculous. I have no idea if they even ran my application or they just stole $50 from me. This should be illegal.

I received a blocked phone call from the property manager, chewing me out after me asking for her to call me back. Definitely not a good place to live. They don’t treat their tenants right. Not to mention they won’t fix our rat problem… been 2 months now.

My current roommate and I paid a total of $80.00 for the application fee and never heard anything afterwards. Within the following week I attempted to call the property manager multiple times, leaving multiple voicemails, and leaving multiple emails with no response in return. It has currently been 3 weeks since we have applied and still no response. Now it feels like we paid $80.00 for nothing. We are very dissatisfied with our experience.

Management is awful, has been awful for years. Stay away. Nothing is kept up.

Brentin and Jessie took the time out of their day to come make repairs that were needed instead of putting it off for another day! After they were done, they also cleaned up the mess that was made leaving nothing that needed to be cleaned. These two gentlemen went out of their way to assist in any way they could! GREAT JOB to you both! You are OUTSTANDING and very professional!.

Living here isn't the absolute worst, but it sure could be a lot better. Management NEVER answer calls, respond to emails/voicemails, and generally don't seem to be on top of the financial side of things whatsoever. If you have any questions or concerns, you'll find yourself holding your tongue about them or figuring them out on your own.
On top of that, when we moved in initially we came from across the country and we had a terrible experience––they didn't even show us to our unit or explain where any of the amenities (such as the laundry facility) were located!
It also took them 8 months

Poorly managed, don't expect to ever have your calls answered or returned. The management is lazy. You're better off looking somewhere else.

It is very frustrating and not a nice place. Everything is old and gross...that goes for the tenants too. Management isn't helpful or efficient, people don't clean up after their animals and the laundry facilities are less than gross. Rent is way too much for what you get at this complex, granted it suited us for our short time but I definitely would NOT recommend this to anyone unless you don't have any other options. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because this place is going to disappoint you period. I will gladly give more details if anyone is interested in living in these facilities

Don't waste your time or money. Management pockets your application fee!
Management is incapable of answering thier phone or reply to emails.
If you are lucky after 30 mins of continuously calling you get to deal with a self-righteous conniving ignoramuses!
