From the moment you pull into your driveway you'll notice the difference. Features include a private entry, attached or detached garage, arched windows and fireplaces. There are many one bedroom, one bedroom with den, two bedroom, two bedroom with loft and three bedroom luxury apartment homes available with up to 1675 square feet.
Amazing architecture with curved brick entryways, tiled roofs, custom iron railings and copper gutters. Inside you'll find impressively designed one bedroom, one bedroom with den or two bedroom with loft apartment homes. The bathrooms are luxurious, with hand-set travertine tiles and plenty of cabinet space.
The Springbrook Cercle and Ventana clubhouse features soaring ceilings, a fitness center and a whirlpool tub and sundeck with grill. The fitness center features all of the things you'll need to keep active in the winter months. There are also two tennis courts and sand volleyball courts to use in the summer.
Founded in 1955, the City of Oak Creek is located along the western shore of Lake Michigan in the southeast corner of Milwaukee County and adjacent to the City of Milwaukee. Oak Creek, with its 28.4 square miles of area, enjoys an enviable location in the Midwest. Not only is Oak Creek a part of the Milwaukee Metropolitan area, but it is only 85 miles from the heart of Chicago and 330 miles from Minneapolis both via Interstate 94.

Going on 2 years here and can honestly say the complex is great. The employees are friendly and willing to help you with any concerns you may have. Apartments are very nice and have multiple options on size for what you may need to be comfortable. The maintenance crew are fast and work with your schedule to take care of any repairs. I would definitely recommend this complex and not thinking about leaving any time soon!

A very beautiful community, the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’ve lived in quite a few. It is really sad to see people who don’t respect the place they live enough to follow rules, especially in such a nice place. All staff members are always polite and helpful. Wonderful location with scenic grounds, close to stores and the freeway!

I really could not say anything negative about my nearly six year stay at this location.
If I were not being transferred to a hospital out of state I would not budge.
My maintenance issues have been few and far between and is always done in a timely manner.
The ladies in the office are always an absolute delight to me and the bakery cookies are a very nice touch !
If I come back to Wisconsin this is where I will choose to rent again, no doubt.

We lived in this beautiful apartment for more than 4 years. Well maintained apartments. It is very much close to grocery shops, restaurants and other shops. We were in Clearwater unit and loved it. The management staff Laura, Bridget, and Megan are extremely nice.The maintenance staff are prompt and most of the issues are addressed immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend this.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews on the place I’ve called my home the passed couple of years. I’ve had great experiences with maintenance response and the ladies in the office who have been nothing but helpful and courteous. I am glad to call this place home and wish others would respect the property as much as I do.

My husband and I are "celebrating" 10 years of living at Springbrook Cercle Apartments. We are very comfortable living in this community. Office staff is always helpful and very professional. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. Neighbors are friendly. And we love our roomy apartment. We feel very lucky to call this our home.

I have lived at Springbrook Cercle for about 3 months now and have been very pleased with my experience. The apartments are well maintained and spacious with plenty of amenities. The complex itself is nice with a pond and plenty of greenery. It is secluded enough that it is safe and there is no traffic, but close enough to grocery stores and Drexel Town Square that you can walk there. Bridget and the rest of the office staff have been incredible and always willing to go above and beyond to help me. I’m very happy with my decision to move here!

The Ventana apartments were superb. I doubt I will ever live in another apt or home as excellent as the Ventanas. Excellent customer service; gorgeous grand closets, washer and dryer in unit - gorgeous bathrooms and kitchens - open concept... what more could you want? Plus the location is fairly close to the freeway as well
