I have been living here for almost a year now. Overall the apartment building is nice. I feel like the new manager is not good at taking care of things. When previous manager Patrick was here, he ensured the needs of tenants were taken care of. The new manger and manager from next door building are not good at taking care of things. Plus if you want a parking garage it’s $100 a month, while the building next door is by the same management and it’s free for them. The gym is quite small, with equipment down most of the time. Also they started a new rule, with the parking permits for outside parking

Lived here for nearly 3 years and loved every second of it. Perfect location with loads of fun things like a theater room and a great pool. Luxury apts at a decent price!

When I first moved here in 2019, things were okay. The 1BR units are pretty nice, and I can't say I've had any real issues worth mentioning as far as the build quality or appliance issues. For what you get, at least for the apartment, pricing isn't horrible.
In general the building is kept clean. And the community is friendly and quiet. The location is also very nice because things like the Oak Creek Farmers Market are right down stairs, and there's grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. I also enjoy the walking path behind the building.
But outside of

My husband and I scheduled a tour here for 3 pm today. We arrived at 2:45 and nobody was available in the leasing office to buzz us in. We also tried calling with no luck as well. A resident let us into the building so we waited about 20 minutes in the lobby and didn't see anyone from the leasing office nor were we able to make contact so we left. We get home and have an email from the leasing office asking if we were there and that they didn't see us waiting. Nobody saw us because nobody was there when we were and at this point it was way past when our tour was scheduled. We said we're still interested

This community is great! Plenty of space to spread out indoors and outdoors. Lounge areas and nature walks, swimming pool and game room. There is something for everyone!

I've spent about a week in this community and I love it so far! People are warm and friendly. Facilities are nice are clean. Everything's Irie over at Emerald row

Living here is so nice. I really enjoy the location, there are many different foods places, events going on in the square and a couple trail walks. The building itself is always clean and well maintained. Management is always so friendly and welcoming. They throw several fun events that adults and kids can enjoy. They do this every month too! Having 2 kids as well it is so nice that there are in unit washer and dryers. They also have a theater room we can go watch movies and not take the little ones and disturb anyone at a real theater! It is a great place and area to live!

We have lived at Emerald Row since spring 2019, and we couldn’t be happier with the current management or customer service. On top of being a beautiful and wonderful place to live, Emerald Row’s management is diligent, conscientious, and provides excellent individualized service. We love Drexel Square and the Oak Creek area, and living at Emerald Row with respectful neighbors, great management, and a beautiful building has given us a great experience!

My family and I have lived at Emerald Row since day one, August 1st, 2016, and we couldn’t be happier! The owners, management and staff are all so nice and professional and the place is beautiful. The great location and amenities also put it over the top.

Great place to live! Perfect location, large apartments with brand new appliances, and underground parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Paula and Kendall go above and beyond to accommodate residents and are very caring and easy to talk to! Absolutely would recommend. Sad to leave!
