The best thing about Southern MD is the great local businesses. I always do my research and Dillons reviews and recommendations were top notch and I needed my front porch and decks done. The service and professionalism were top notch. There were some hiccups along the way, but I was always updated and in the loop. The owners personally came to the house to inspect and even finish the job. The owner Keith and his team were fantastic starting from the Secretary. Highly recommend them for power washing and painting and all the other things they do. They are like a family and treat their customers

Dillon's power washed my siding, front steps, and cleaned my windows today. What a great job!! Steve and Tony were excellent and very professional. They came on time(really before my scheduled time--which I really liked). Highly recommend them for any power washing needs. Will definitely have them again when I need power washing.

I should have taken before photos so the difference between then and now could be fully appreciated. Not only does the outdoors smell fresher, the siding and soffit have been renewed and gleaming. The greyed 34 year old deck is now close to its original unweathered lumber color which will be much rejuvenated after staining. The guys were here about 2 1/2 hours and worked quickly and thoroughly. The price for the job was the best in the business. Very satisfied and will be a repeat customer. I needed a power wash on my house ASAP to get ready for an appraisal. Dillon's not only worked with me to get me on the schedule quickly, they did an absolutely fantastic job at a reasonable price! Jessica in the main office is both very professional and polite, and she sincerely cared about my situation. Their communications were just as good as their work product and their price was very fair. I will use them again next spring. They did my house (soft-pressure) as well as my porch, deck, and walkways. Couldn't be happier.

I have nothing put praises to leave for this business. They are local and Keith came out to give us estimates the next morning after I requested quotes on their website. Quick, personable and professional. Do yourself a service and contact them via their site for an estimate. We did and have not looked back. The original owners of our home painted the deck. We are so very happy with the work that Keith and his crew did to make it over. Please consider them when looking for a pressure washing service for your home as well. Dillon's Power Washing provides excellent value! They were very honest, transparent, and prompt. Their low pressure system removed all anxiety of possibly damaging siding or other house materials. Their system made quick work of cleaning my house and removing the green from my siding. My sidewalk didn't even look very dirty, but his high pressure nozzle definitely showed the difference and I'm glad they did it.
As someone who owns a power washer and ladders it still doesn't make sense to do it yourself. It's amazing how quickly and effectively their cleaning system and solutions work.
