Last year did an amazing job with gutters and house thanks to Tyler, recently I had my house done and when they left everything was either dead and stained my door. The worker(who stood around and watched) was telling me how awful it is to work here and that there are not any benefits. Manager seems to take advantage of people so they would pay more than what they are receiving

We have moss growing on the back part of the roof because of shade so I requested roof cleaning. The salesman mentioned that the solution used for this has a strong bleach odor, so I asked if precautions would be taken to protect plants and he assured me that they would not her plants. This wasn't true, one plant on out front patio was killed and another badly damaged and shrubs were damaged as well. The moss itself is not removed, which wasn't explained to me and this was by far the highest cost part of the job. The techs also apply a wax coating at the end to help keep the siding clean, but the

We had them come out to clean our house and patio a few days ago. The house looks amazing and I have never seen the marble on our patio look so good before. The only negative I have about our experience is that the chemicals they used are not plant friendly! Please be aware of this if you are considering hiring them. I have attached photos of some of my plants that were affected. There are two bushes that were both healthy and now the one that was near the house is dead. There are pictures of both the heathy one and the dead one so you can see. Many of our raspberry bushes and ferns are also dead

My experience with Ecotek Power washing was horrible!!! Even though I have a power washer and can power wash my home and deck myself, I hired this company as a give back to the small businesses during this COVID 19 epidemic. As the saying goes, No good deed goes unpunished! A couple days after this service I noticed my plants dying rapidly. I contacted the company. The Operations Manager advise he was sending out his service manager. The Service manager arrived said, the mixture was wrong and they would come out an fix the problem. We hired Ecotek to power wash our 3 story house. Tony Moore, the lead technician, was pleasant, professional, and very thorough. He explained to us all the steps he was taking to ensure this old house would be cleaned, but not damaged, by the water and chemicals. When he was done, the house looked brand new, in fact the neighbor stopped by and asked if we had had our house painted! Working with Tony was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Ecotek .

Tyler D Guice was amazing. He showed up, I pointed him in the direction of my water spigot, and he took care of the rest. Super pleasant, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. He was super trustworthy, I had no issue leaving him unattended at my house to complete the work. He even taped off my electrical outlet with a garbage back so it wouldn't short out. And just to make sure I was satisfied, he sent me several high quality photos from several angles to make sure i was happy. I would highly recommend taking advantage of their seasonal promotions. First time using Ecotek. We like them based on the following: 1). We like its pricing structure. We got two quotes including Ecotek. Its prices were much more reasonable with multiple options to choose from. Each item was priced individually. For example, Driveway, Walkway, Hardscape, etc. 2). It does not use harsh chemicals. I am very sensitive to chemicals and we have been very particular about protecting our environment. Although I could smell the chemicals during the process, it went away few hours after. 3). Ecotek just recently completed a full wash of my house, front porch and deck. First off. They were very quick to respond to my call and schedule an estimate of which Tony was incredibly professional!! Then Susan and Eve in the office got me on the schedule super fast and the guys did an amazing job. My back deck looks almost brand new. I'm super happy with the service!!!
