Neighbor of person getting house cleaned. Would’ve been nice to be notified that spraying would be done so I could move my car away from sprayed chemicals.

We have been using On Point Exterior for a few year to install our Christmas lights. Last year, Andrew mentioned that he did pressure washing as well. We had planned on replacing our back decks and front porch because they were in rough shape with lots of mildew stains and typical wear and tear. Since the cost of lumber has quadrupled we opted to pressure wash it to look presentable at least until prices went down. We didn’t have huge expectations because our deck was in such bad shape and figured there was no way it would look “new” but figured it was worth trying! I really wish I had done
