Always a reasonable place to park, friend of mine recently moved in. On the outside the place is VERY clean and lawn area's impeccably kept well!!
Inside the apartments are MUCH bigger than they look on the outside!!!! They did a great job of maximizing space and it's pretty reasonably priced!!! One of the best "Non Rich People" apartment complexes in Town!!!!!

Spent multiple months WITHOUT maintenance on hand and charged me months after I moved out as a result of carpet damage that they have no reason to believe was my fault. Replaced perfectly good blinds. Charged me. Was a weed-smelling dump when we moved in and much better when I left. Charged me. Did nothing when repeatedly told about roaches. Please consider other options when looking for apartments in the Conway area unless you are willing to forfeit your entire deposit and then some for repairs they were going to do anyway.

I've been trying to get in contact with this place for about 6 months. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with anyone who works there. I even said something about it on their Instagram... Sad and to think I wanted to move there

Don’t waste your time here. The leasing office manager is lazy. Always had to call and ask WHEN they were going to take the rent and utilities out of my account. Don’t waste your time calling the leasing office about any problems you’re having whether it be noise related neighbors or maintenance issues, go straight to CORPORATE because they obviously don’t care and LOVE to play phone tag.They don’t care if they lose people either. Loves to offer their townhomes as if they will be the one paying your bills. I’m highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Brentwood Apartments staff.

Great place to live good land lords and friendly neighbors at a reasonable price

Brentwood is definitely not a bad place to live by any stretch, especially if you’re a college student. The apartments are affordable and relatively close to UCA. My biggest issue was how difficult it is to contact the leasing office. The management could use improvement, however if you can get through to them they will take what you say seriously.

I always enjoy dealing with the staff here. They've always been friendly and professional.
