Lived there for over three years. It was fiscally irresponsible for me to leave earlier. I really, really wish I had.
Apartments were nice, visually. And boy, the office workers were great, too, when you sign up!
But after that, you're an afterthought. We were treated like an inconvenience for three years. We had to use our best Customer Service voices just to get answers in a timely fashion.
Internet is locally sourced (great for no lag!) but heavily throttled (low speeds).
Parking was a JOKE unless you want to pay an extra $40/80 a month for special parking. When I signed on, I was told parking

We have had 28 work orders placed since our move in date at the end of October 2020. None of the work orders were completed the first time, some of them requiring 2 -3 MORE returns to complete and include: stove top not working, fire alarms going off repeatedly, broken toilet, sink and tub not draining, refrigerator light, ice maker, water not running, microwave not heating, kitchen drawers breaking off, appliance handles falling off, kitchen sink pipes bursting and flooding kitchen, living room and running down stairway to 2nd floor apartments, rented washer and dryer not arriving for 1 month

Staff has always been great and maintenance orders are completed very promptly. Amenities are great and the grounds are always well kept. My only real complaint is that you have to pay a pretty significant convenience fee if you want to pay rent via a card (though getting a money order from Harps isn't a huge difficulty). Would gladly live here again!

Nice place to live we have only been here a short time however, my we have been visiting family here for a few years. Very pleased with this place if any problem or concern ever arises the management is quick to respond and correct. The monthly community activities are really nice and fun. A good way to meet your neighbors. the pool area is a plus love spending the day swimming, visiting, and cooking.
