I recently just moved out of centerstone, and I can confidently say this was my favorite apartment so far. I moved due to job relocation, otherwise I would have definitely renewed my lease for at least 2 more years. I lived in the set apart from the main complex, so parking was not a problem for me but I can see why a lot of people have problems. I never had any difficult neighbors or noise complaints. As for the management, I had a few problems with getting maintenance orders fixed but that is pretty normal for apartments in my experience. I already miss living here and I would recommend this

I have lived in Centerstone for 4 years now and I still love my apartment as much as I did when I first moved in! The staff working in the office are very nice and helpful, along with the maintenance crew! It’s a little pricey and there are rules to abide by but that’s what makes it an enjoyable, high-class environment! I highly recommend!

Ripoff! They will charge you hundreds of dollars when you move out, even if you thoroughly clean it. Their excuse is they have to replace the whole carpet although only a small part is dirty. We never used the dishwasher, but they asked us to buy a new one because it was too dirty and could not be cleaned.

Overall, pretty good experience living here. The place itself is very nice, very clean, and new-ish appliances. We got our deposit back with no charges, but were sure to clean up very thoroughly and request a walk through. The only reason I put 4-stars is because near the end of the lease, I guess there was a new maintenance team because our work-orders began to take a very long time, but that was only the last month or two living here. Before that, they were very timely and thorough. Maybe the new crew will catch up with some time! Would be nice if they opened their pool and their gym though.
