Glenrock Apartments

This is one of the worst places I’ve lived and I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in my life.

Let me start off this review by saying the current rating of Glenrock isn't accurate. The majority of the negative reviews are from a previous management company when the apartment was under a different name. Glenrock today is a night a day difference. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. If there is ever a problem with something pertaining to your apartment, you simply submit a work order and it'll be resolved by maintenance. The receptionist is kind, and they're the kind of people you can joke with, without feeling threatened or pressured like at other communities. To add onto that, if

If I can rate them a negative zero I WOULD! Virginia (assistant manger) is the rudest person you will ever meet. My roommate and I were so disgusted by the treatment we endured before deciding to cancel our move in date. From day 1, we’ve been having trouble with the management I don’t want to go into too much detail, but best believe how we were treated encouraged us not to move to glenrock. Oh and btw…one of the associates up front (Blair) hung up in my roommates face because we were trying to find out why we couldn’t receive our deposit back. 0/10 do not recommend.

Seriously, try to live somewhere else. A short summary: the units and amenities are nice but management is beyond incompetent.
Like I said, the units are nice enough, and the pool and fitness room and club house are nice bonuses.
However, just getting in was an exercise in patience to say the least. 3 times I set up an appointment to view a unit and all three times the staff had left early by the time I got to the complex.
Then when we went to renew the lease (because we couldn’t find anywhere else to live when a roommate decided to move out) they told us 4 times over the course of the month

When i lived there for the short amount of time i did, i was NOT pleased, on our move in day there were so many damages to the apartment, and it was so messy! my roommates and i made notes of how it was upon move in and reported it to the office and they did absolutely nothing! our carpet was pulled up in some rooms and they had been called to fix it multiple times and never did.. maintenance was not good there at all! Our lease ended in april and now we’ve received such an outlandish bill for damages that were there upon move in! The property manager and office aren’t returning our emails

Exceptional customer service, I emailed with an inquiry about our upcoming lease with Glenrock and received a phone call immediately. Possibly within seconds. Friendly and very helpful at all times. Looking forward to a great year and happy to know there is a great management team.

I cannot praise Tayler Boyce the property manager at Glenrock enough! She has been amazing in securing an apartment for my daughters and teammate, she goes beyond the call of duty to help you out and I am so happy my daughters and friend are going to live at this amazing complex. The apartments are wonderful, facilities are excellent and staff we met are so helpful and professional.

Just had a tour at GLENROCK! Matt was our tour guide and he was so nice and informative.
We plan on moving in November 1st! Super excited!
Beautiful BEAUTIFUL apartment!

Rent is cheap and you get a lot of amenities. You will be sharing with 1 or 2 other people, but for the most part I've never even seen them. Your rent is on a separate lease, so if they move out, your rent stays the same. Extremely close to the UCA campus, if you're a college student.

When I first signed a lease here, I was very excited because they're advertising and customer service towards new residents is fantastic! The facility is beautiful and well maintained.
However shortly after moving in my roommates and I found that the apartment we had been put in was trashed and did not look clean at all (although they said they cleaned it). We talked to management and they cooperated very well and ordered a cleaning service to come clean it before we completely moved in.
