Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fixed me up with a new helmet, lock and new tires and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Prices were affordable. I would call before going to confirm hours and selection. I know they were slammed during COVID and trying to get inventory back to pre-COVID levels. They also have a used bike selection upstairs. Check them out. I live in Oberlin and use the bike trail at least 4 days a week. I'm lucky to have them close by.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful store. My wife and I were both shopping for bikes. They had in stock exactly what we wanted. Only one of the bikes was assembled. We had traveled two hours to get to Oberlin and they didn’t hesitate to offer to assemble the bike so we could take both of them with us the same day. Very good shopping experience.

Fantastic service, and a great selection! I needed my first bike in 25 years or so, as my eight-year-old wants to ride bikes with Daddy. Her fortysomething, overweight, out of shape Daddy... I searched all over for the model I wanted (a matte black Electra 7D e-bike) and I learned on the Trek site that they had one! I called ahead to confirm it was still in stock, then drove over an hour to get there. Totally, totally worth it. Super friendly staff, totally non-judgmental (!) and they went way out of their way to make sure the bike was properly configured for me. Special thanks to David for all

We brought two old bikes to the shop - one for a tube replacement and another to fix a shifting problem. They were super friendly and fixed both in a matter of minutes, and they charged a very fair price. I definitely won’t be attempting to repair my own bikes going forward! Thanks for the great service!

I bought the trek check point from the bike shop! I love the bike! It’s a road bike with gravel tires! The ride is so smooth! Dream come true! The staff was so helpful. I was able to to tell them my needs and they directed me to the bike I needed! Excellent service with expert knowledge to satisfy all my questions! Highly recommend this bike shop!

I brought my niece into this place to try and get her a bicycle for getting around campus, and I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard. The man who "helped" us was apparently the owner. We left after being told in not so many words to go to Walmart. We went to Eddies in North Olmsted and we were treated with respect and left with a nice Trek verve. Don't waste your time or money on this shop. All I can do is recommend any place but here....Like eddies.
