The health and safety of our children and families remain to be our biggest priorities as we continue to battle this pandemic together. Necessary precautions have been set in place and will be taken into effect immediately. The way the day and the centers are structured encourages my child to explore, learn, and interact, and we have seen a huge improvement in my daughter's speech delay thanks to the amazing teachers.

Services
I have worked with children on the Monterey Peninsula for over 25 years. An important component of the preschool experience for me was to allow flexibility for our parents in scheduling their children's time with us. That's why we offer any combination of mornings, afternoons, half days or full days, to work with your family's schedule.
We provide an environment which offers the opportunity to make choices and decisions, practice positive problem-solving strategies, and to engage in successful self-help activities. Our indoor learning centers provide a variety of choices for students; from kitchen play to dress up, climb in our indoor tree loft or cozy up in the book corner.
Teachers in a licensed preschool such as Teddy Bear Preschool LLC need to have completed a set of specific college units in Early Childhood Education. We encourage our teachers to continue their education with new classes and workshops at our local university, junior college, or online. We have a sibling discount available.
Students are admitted to our school without regard to race, color, religion, nationality or ethnic origin. Priority enrollment for the following school year is given to students who are currently enrolled. The majority of our openings occur in the beginning of the school year but we accept new students throughout the year subject to availability.
