Pastor Linda is passionate about Jesus, church, family, resilience, and creativity. Her divinity graduate studies at Pacific School of Religion and Church Divinity School of the Pacific taught her that academics are good and practice is even better. She practices Centering Prayer, walks with her dog, Zami, cares for her grandchildren, and loves sharing great food with friends.
Our worship is follows the ancient patterns of the prayer book, with preaching and music that is current and meets you personally in your life. We follow Diocesan and County guidelines for safe gatherings. We are currently worshipping mostly outdoors, but when the weather in inclement, we go indoors.
At Church of the Good Shepherd we understand Holy Matrimony to be a physical and spiritual union, entered into within the community of faith, by mutual consent of heart, mind and will, and with intent that it be life-long. We are committed to treating equally all couples presenting themselves for the rite of Marriage.
Located in the beautiful Pastures of Heaven, we dream of being able to easily worship outdoors in a space that will accommodate all ages and abilities. This is slated to become reality in the oak grove area where the barbecue and outdoor swing set is currently located. This area will accommodate over a hundred worshipers, as well as continuing to be a gathering place for barbecues, meals and fellowship.
Church of the Good Shepherd Preschool is open to children of all races, family configurations, religious backgrounds (or no religious affiliation), and a member of the National Association of Episcopal Schools. We are owned and operated by the Church of the Good Shepherd. We are a play-based and child-centered preschool.

My little guy is so happy coming here. The teachers are ALL cream of the crop and the actually love children. They inform us regularly about all the special things the kids are doing and really go above and beyond. I see a difference in my child's manors and perspective. It makes me so happy to know he is in the BEST place.
