I worked at BHG with Sam for 4 years +/- and I can say without hesitation that you want him as your realtor. Regardless of if you’re buying or selling he will do everything he can to get you the best deal. Heck, other realtors want Sam to be your agent because his reputation proceeds him by a mile and they know he’s going to get the deal closed. In fact, I want Sam to get his license in Indiana so when I buy houses I can use him. What else? Oh, he’s a snappy dresser and an all around good human.
