Wendy Vaughan, RN is a Platinum Level Allergan Provider and in the top 10% of elite injectors in the area. Wendy Vaughan is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Owner of Stay Beautiful Medical Spa in Woburn, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in 1994 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2021.
Ellen currently serves as our practice manager, and is fully ready to assist clients with her warm and caring approach to client satisfaction. Ellen Fiore is a graduate of the nationally accredited Electrology Institute of New England and has been a Registered Electrologist for the past 15 years. In 2005, Ellen became a Certified Laser Technician and has extensive experience and expertise with various types of lasers.
Amanda is our "guru" of skin care, specializing in acne and pigmentation issues. She is known for her very personalized and customized treatments that transform any skin condition. Amanda Scannell is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics where she obtained her state license as a Medical Esthetician.

I had been getting Botox for a year prior through a different provider when I moved to the area and booked an appointment with Wendy. One of my brows naturally arches higher than another and my previous provider told me she couldn’t do anything about it. When I mentioned my concern to Wendy she quickly assured me that it could be evened out. I’m now 2-3 weeks past my first appointment and I love the result! Wendy is very knowledgeable and I’ll be sticking with her and her team!

I was apprehensive on receiving botox due to a past experience with my brows. I expressed my concerns and nervousness to Wendy. She listened and totally explained the reasoning and what she could do to prevent it from happening again. She provided in depth education. I did my research before going to Wendy and she did not disappoint. She is a master at injecting and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is kind, accommodating, and very professional. There was no up sell here.

Absolutely amazing...Wendy knows her stuff!!! I have been everywhere but it's like you are seeing a plastic surgeon when you see Wendy. She knows the complete anatomy of the face which is extremely important for safety reasons, and equally well she knows the fine balance to achieve an aesthetically pleasing face for your specific features.
AND she spends whatever time is needed to achieve it!

After a year in lockdown, my skin needed some serious attention and consistently going to Amanda for monthly hydra-facials and additional treatments has improved my skin SIGNIFICANTLY. I have wanted Botox for the wrinkles on my forehead for a couple of years but have always been apprehensive. I scheduled a consultation with Wendy and immediately felt comfortable the second I met her. She is super nice and welcoming and showed me where she would be doing the injections and explained everything to me from beginning to end. I am SO happy with the results! I highly highly highly recommend Wendy!

I can’t emphasize enough how much of a positive experience I had with Wendy!!! I had gotten botox for the first time and was nervous about the process and results, but Wendy made sure I understood exactly what the treatment was going to be like and eased my worries when it came to how my results would turn out.
