He grew up learning about building, remodeling, and repairing homes while working for his uncles' construction company and from his father. The San Antonio area's A.I.M. For Real Estate Inspections always put you first, which is why they accept phone calls as early as 6:00 am and as late as 10:30 pm for your convenience. A.I.M. will also schedule Home Inspection services on the weekends.

Even if you buy new construction CONTACT THIS INSPECTION TEAM! We were out of state buyers. First they saved us from a house with some serious foundation issues and a plethora of others the seller didn't disclose ( patched roof and exposed/ damaged waterproofing from a hole they cut in the stucco). The seller was only allowing 10 minute tours even for clients such as us who already placed an offer above asking! Later we bought a new construction home and after noticing some issues ourselves contacted A.I.M again. Due to construction being a boom/bust a lot of the contractors even in new construction

We finally closed on our first home. We could not be happier. This is in large part to the team at A.I.M. Not only did they explain the issues found, but I felt like they educated us on what look out for. We have used A.I.M. twice. First house had major plumbing issues that me and my wife do not want to tackle. Second house was much better, and we feel like they gave us that confidence on pick house that was a better fit for us (issues wise).

I had a great experience today working with Mr. Amador and his two sons Carlos and Diego. All three of them did great at inspecting this home for me and explaining to me what needs to be replaced to be brought up to code. They made it easy for a first time buyer like myself to understand all of the little things that often times go unnoticed.

My experience working with A.I.M. For Real Estate Inspections was very, very good. I am looking to purchase a property in San Antonio, but I currently live in a different nearby city. Amador, the inspector, did a great job staying in communication with me. Even when unforeseen issues arose -- specifically, the utilities were turned off the day of our original inspection date -- Amador was very flexible and gave me a lot of insight into how the process works. When the actual inspection happened, I received a detailed report quickly with a lot of photos. I will absolutely hire A.I.M. again for future
