Before we called Kopa Real Estate we had our home listed with a friend. Over the years I have sold 11 homes and by far Eric Peterson with Kopa Real Estate is the best Real Estate Broker I have worked with. My condo in Cityside in Round Rock 78664 was a long term rental. I contacted Eric to gauge the value and when he gave me his opinion it was much more than I expected and more than the other 2 realtors I talked to. When we decided to relocate to be closer to family we interviewed several real estate agents. Eric, and I had new each other for quite some years. I told him when and if I was going to sell my home he would be the person.
