My daughter went in with her father to get her nails taken off and a simple manicure. They used the drill to sand them down and cut my daughter at the top of her finger under her natural nail making her bleed. Not worth $25 to hurt her and some clear polish.

Wife said it's her New favorite spot, She did not have to ask them to do anything because everything they did already was perfect. They took their time, she said they made her feel like she was Important. Not something she has experienced at other nail salons. The owner she was a really awesome guy as well. Kept me company while I waited.

I am absolutely shocked at the number of bad reviews! I love this place. I went in on a whim a couple of months ago and have been back multiple times. I even started bringing my daughter. My nails have been perfect every time, and the service and prices have been great for me. I'm not sure where others go that have better prices, but I think they are very reasonable. The shop is clean, quiet and uncluttered. The staff is very friendly and I've never seen anyone distracted or on the phone. Maybe they have made changes recently?

One star. For the lack of color variety/selection, that the lady argued with me when I corrected her for giving me the wrong total for two pedicures and eyebrow wax, and the fact I have stray hairs left and paint chipping off less than an hour later. Basically time and money all wasted. Will never return.

Manicure and pedicures are good but acrylics not so much. I asked for round nails and she gave me almond nails. My nail broke the day I got my acrylics done. A week later another one broke. During my visit, the nail tech started off smiling at me and being really nice but then after I couldn't understand one thing she was saying, she began making faces at me and speaking in her language to another nail tech. I didn't really like that.

This review is for the waxing services. My daughter has to have those catepillars over her eyes removed from time to time. We have been everywhere in Lakewood, along Upper Greenville and all points between. We ended up at Best Nail because she wanted it done the same Saturday we take my Mesquite based grandmother out and about.
They did an amazing job--there's a big difference between having your eyebrows waxed and having them shaped. What's more, it was only $8! The staff is friendly, and yes Pam-O, English may not be their first language, but they can speak it just fine. We are
