My only issue at the moment, is being charged $20 extra a month for valet trash, which is not picked up when it’s supposed to be, and I end up having to take my trash to the compactor anyways. So I do not appreciate being charged for service that is not being provided, which puts us at risk of being fined $50.
I have talked with some of my neighbors, and no one likes the valet trash. If you want better reviews, then go the extra mile to make your residents happy by getting rid of valet trash.

Staff members of Prosper are great! Very welcoming and professional.
Prosper property has beautiful landscaping which are well kept. I thoroughly enjoy the various activities hosted throughout the year. My living space is my home where I enjoy my spacious closet and screen patio.
Over the years, I have been satisfied with notice communication, maintenance issues, and problem solving for the betterment of the community.
...because they really do care at Prosper!

Very nice appartments!! I'm only giving three stars due to wait time for repairs. I put in a work order approximately three weeks ago and was just told it could potentially be another 2-3 weeks. I was told this is due to lack a maintenance employees. Also we do not have access to the restrooms at the pool. This is a big inconvenience for those of us that do not live close to the pool. Duane in the office gets 5 stars. He is always quick to address any issues I have if I am able to speak to him! The maintenance employees are also very nice and seem knowledgeable. I moved her because it's gated community

Tonya the Apartment manager keeps the property in excellent condition. She takes the time to tour it regularly ensuring things get addressed in a timely manner.
Amanda in the office ensures if you need any assistance it is provided in a very timely manner. Repairs are a priority so there are no real delays on getting something fixed.
I have been on the property for over 5 years.
