Eric was the best. Took his time and answered all my questions thoroughly. Told me what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Eric from Next Chapter Home Inspections was great! He was the only person to respond to me reaching out when I needed an inspection in my 10 day option period. He was very quick to respond to my initial quote request and made the process very easy. He was professional and made me feel more at ease about an otherwise overwhelming part of the home buying process. I highly recommend Next Chapter Home Inspection! It really easy to book your inspection via online at a very reasonable price. Eric responded to all my questions and concerns and replied to my emails really quickly before the day of inspection. Eric answered all our questions about the property, showed proper evidence with clear photos and very honest about his observation. Inspection report was received on the same day! Really happy with this!
