We had two inspections done while house hunting and were very impressed with how helpful, thorough, and professional these guys are. The inspections were easy to book and accommodating to our short options periods. They were punctual and were ready to go over the reports exactly when promised. We could not have been more satisfied with Chris and his inspection. I had requested quotes on yelp and he was one of the quickest replies. His prices are competitive and he seemed really honest and professional right away, so I scheduled an appointment and he had availability when we needed it. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to submit payment online. He was prompt, thorough, and gave us an inspection report the same day with photos. I'm purchasing a home from out of state so relying on my providers a bit more than average. Chris did a thorough inspection of the house I'm contracting. Over 4 hours and incredibly detailed notes and photos. Called me afterward to discuss findings and has been readily accessible via text and email as I work through repairs with the sellers.

We just had the pleasure of working with Greg Bontrager today for a property inspection on a home we are purchasing. Greg was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, conversational, and very thorough with our home inspection.
Greg never made us feel rushed and explained each picture from our inspection to make sure we understood what any particular issue entailed. This goes without saying, but any potential fire or hazard-related areas were taken in great seriousness as if Greg was buying the house for his own family.

First, these are current fire fighters inspecting homes. Honestly, just that alone should put your mind at ease a little right? Fire hazards are their life!! Helloooooo?!?
Secondly, their website was easy! You go on pick a day and can even pay all in less than ten minutes.
Thirdly, they are actually priced very competitively and fairly. My friend who just bought a house got her house inspected and paid more with someone else.
Finally service, Doug was extremely kind and incredibly nice to work with while still being efficient and thorough. Hubby and I couldn't meet him on the day due

343... My daughter found these guys and right away felt a connection because of the name 343... being from NYC she knew right away this is the number of fallen fire fighters from 9.11. Clay inspected her new home and was very thorough. He went over everything on the spot and then sent a very detailed report same day I might add! Greg with 343 Home Inspections was great!! He showed and explained to me all the pictures he took and got me the report on the same day. As a first time home buyer this put my wife and I at ease in a somewhat stressful situation. He also gave us a discount for being a first time home buyer.
