Highly Recommend Heath & Anchor Inspection Group. We closed on a new construction build in October 2021. Prior to closing, Heath found many issues that the "builder's inspector" missed. We are at our one year for our new build and even though we had inspections during build and before closing we went ahead and hired another inspector. Since we had multiple inspections there were not a ton of items, but he did catch things the others didn't that would ultimately cost us a lot of money down the road! He noticed the double oven was "louder than normal" and when the tech came out he said that something was wrong with the fan and it needed to be replaced. That fix alone covers what we paid for this inspection.

The inspection we got from Heath Hays was incredible. I don't have any experience with home inspectors, but my realtor was there when Heath walked us through his report and pointed out things to us in the house. The owner of Anchor Inspection Group is one of the most detailed inspector I have met in a while. The 174 page report showed every aspect of the home inside and out. His summary was detailed so I can focus on what needs to be repaired in the home I am purchasing.

I was particular about having Heath inspect our house given that I had read such positive things about him. And he delivered! We had a new build home and you would think there wouldn't be too much to find but you'd be surprised! Not only was he able to tell us all of the issues he found but he was particularly looking out for things that generally ONLY occur with new build homes. He was incredibly knowledgeable, spent about 4-5 hours inspecting our house and put together an incredibly detailed report for us. Heath inspected a 1966 built home I'm about to buy. He was beyond thorough. What I appreciated most about his service was his ability to speak in layman's terms or get as technical as I needed. Heath responded quickly to my request for a quote through Yelp despite the late hour. We needed an inspection quickly and we were able to work out a time with Victoria in their office. Victoria and Heath were both a pleasure to work with thoughout the entire process, everything went without a hitch which is what we needed as first time home buyers. One of the most detailed inspection report I have ever seen. Heath was available on a next day notice to take a look at a home that we've never step foot on. Due to the covid situation, we were not able to travel to tour the place. Heath was able to document all the major deficiencies and also patiently educate us on the things that we should focus on, and things we shouldn't be worried about. We felt that we were able to make a better decision because of his report and consultation. We would definitely have him again for our future inspections.

I've used Anchor for all of my inspections over the past 4-5 years. Being in real estate i used to try different companies. Now i just call Heath. Best service, reports, and follow up. Heath provided severely detailed information in the inspection report which can seem daunting if you're not familiar. We are in the midst of buying our first home and needed an inspection done asap. My husband contacted AIG and within the hour, received a response, and had confirmed a price and date/time of the inspection. We were so pleased by their professionalism and efficiency!

Heath was very prompt and extremely flexible. Not only was he able to accommodate our tight schedule, he coordinated very well with the seller's agent and was able to communicate with us over text messaging. We had a family emergency to attend to, so we had to conduct all our transactions remotely. He showed up to the appointment on time and sent us a text message upon completion of the inspection.
