Our inspectors thoroughly inspect all major components of the house to determine any issues. Many items in the report are often manageable repairs; however, important things that can be costly may include problems with the foundation, roof, heating, and air, termites, rodent activity, water penetration, or swimming pool issues.

Robert was very courteous and professional. He was honest in his appraisal and was not there to “just find” something wrong to satisfy his report. He took the time to sit down and explain every item he listed and even gave me instructions on how to use some equipment. I highly recommend AAdvantage and Robert Taylor.

I have been a realtor for over 15 years and was introduced to Robert when I first started. I consider myself very fortunate to work with such a stellar inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable about every part of the home and does a very thorough inspection of each home. Inspection is normally a stressful time for buyers and he has a way of explaining everything in layman’s terms, so that they are confident in the house they’re purchasing. Robert explains issues in detail but without alarming the buyers.

I very highly recommend Robert and Aadvanced Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspection. He was very methodical, thorough, and careful throughout the entire inspection. Robert has a great eye for detail, and combined with his wide variety of tools to inspect anything, he provided me with a quick and thorough report of all issues with my house. He was even able to explain what he was looking for and some of his findings throughout the inspection. Robert is fantastic! This is my third home inspection and he is by far the best inspector I have ever used! He is extremely thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. There are not enough stars here. Robert Taylor of AAdvanced is several magnitudes better than 5 measly stars!
Mr. Taylor inspected a house I am buying in the Dallas area, working long distance for me. I have never dealt with such an outstanding inspector, contractor, or anyone else having to do with the purchase or remodeling of a house. His report was incredibly thorough; and detailed enough to satisfy even me; and I like a *lot* of detail and thoroughness.
Mr. Taylor made me feel as though I were his only client.
He patiently talked to me on the phone about every aspect of his report.

Robert is very professional and knowledgeable inspector. He inspected the house thoroughly and give very good advice on how to fix what needs to be fixed. On time, prompt response and detail report are just additional plus service he provided. He also answered all the questions we have and make it very clear to us to understand.
One other thing he did that is very honest is he told me that I don't need termite inspection that I ordered because the house sit on the 2nd floor. Very recommended.
