Charles was known by his friends and family as "Chuck, " and his grandsons Elijah and Barrett as "Pawpaw."
Chuck loved his children and his family very much and spent many hours shuttling his children to soccer fields, school activities, and any other extra-curricular activities the children had. He also enjoyed watching soccer games from the UK with his son and grandson. To honor Chuck's memory, in lieu of flowers, we are asking that donations be made to Ocular Melanoma Foundation or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.

We have been serving patients in the Virginia area since 1999, and have helped thousands of patients to accomplish their dental dreams. We want to help you do the same!

Dr. Foster was raised in a military family and grew up across the United States and in Cuba. She began her dental career as a dental assistant, followed by a successful career as a registered dental hygienist for 18 years. Dr. Foster returned to school and earned her dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Chang is native to Washington Metropolitan area, growing up in Silver Spring, Maryland. He then earned his undergraduate degree at University of Virginia in Biology and Economics. Dr. Chang earned his dental degree from University of Pennsylvania with Health Professional Scholarship Program from the U.S. Army.

Find another dentist! I wanted to find a more local office, so I tried out WDC. Everyone seemed nice enough. I've had a ton of dental work and I did not feel comfortable with the work going on. I always paid my bills and copays on time. After Dr. Foster had her new secretary daughter assist her on a filling I was done. I switched back to my old office. 6-7 months later I received a letter from collections for $200. Five star reviews on the website are inaccurate. Read the yelp reviews! The reviews reflect a more accurate picture of Dr. Foster. Scammer.

Dr. Foster has been our family dentist for over 8 years. With a family of 9, we can be a bit much. She has always made herself available for appointments even on weekends to fit our busy schedule. She cares about our children’s dental health as well as their overall health. She is always patient and every detailed when explaining the various dental treatment options available. I am not one to write bad reviews or make negative comments in general but I am blown away by how bad my experience was with Bonnie and Staff. Regardless of the other bad reviews I thought I would give them a shot and was that a bad decision. From day one the experience was disorganized and aggressive. My first appointment, they told me I needed impressions which I pain for full price. When I tired to make another appointment for two months I could get through to anyone. Bonnie and staff are friendly and engaging! My kids (ages 5 and 8) were talked to and guided in an engaging and friendly way throughout the whole appointment. I was impressed by the non-invasive and practical procedures in comparison to other dentists. I often feel like dentists talk down to me and want me to just take their word for everything, but not so here, I was educated and guided and brought into the decision making with the extensive knowledge and expertise Bonnie has and patiently shared with me!

I worked here as a employee several years ago and just received a collection letter in the mail today for over $900 for work she did when I was employed there. I have never received a bill. Or a collection call of any kind. Keep in mind she told me when it was done I wouldn't have to pay anything since I was a employee and the office did not offer dental insurance. My current office only has me pay lab fees. Its appalling that in the current state of the country I am receiving this outrageous collection letter out of the blue and her completly ignoring her benefits policy. The way she treats

This Dental Center and Bonnie Foster are nothing but Scammers out to charge you obscene amounts of money for basically doing nothing at your visits. I went to this business for a dental scan only due too a bad tooth. My dentist needed a scan of the jaw line to see if it would be ok to take the tooth. Well, I never received my report and I kept calling her to find out if I could get it and she would not take my phone calls. Bonnie Foster then sent a bill to my home for almost 900.00 dollars when I only saw her 3 times for a 3D scan that she never submitted to my insurance and 2 office visits

Being new to the area, I procrastinated finding a new dentist. I kinda threw a dart and picked Warrenton Dental Center. I found Dr Bonnie Foster refreshingly thorough, caring, and extremely competent. She explained things very clearly and helped me weigh my options on what work was needed now and what could take a wait and see approach. I've had plenty of bad dentists over the years, but have been very pleased with Dr Foster and her practice.

There is nothing that I would Like to get her one star is to many. Unnecessary roughness that cause one of my lower braces bracket to loosen because I refused, to have x-rays taken because of my braces. After her assist informed her of my refusal she came in the room with a different attitude from the time I walked in the door I could read her body language.She asked," why I did not want to take x-rays?" she tried to give me every excuse she could thing of why she wanted to take x-rays expected the true and had the audacity to ask me is it money, knowing goodness well that I have insurance this

Unfortunately I can not rate this dentist very high. My experience was very unpleasant. The hygienist they had at the time was rude and unprofessional to 3 out of 4 of my family members. Their billing is very disorganized. When we finally switched they wanted to charge horrendous fees for the x-ray and file release and even for faxing the x-rays they want to charge $25 per patient. I guess we need to wait for new x-rays with the new dentist foe when the year is up, even if my boys need work done asap. Sad.

My daughter first came here totally fearful. The other dentists we had been to would not or could not help her. Dr. Foster was the kid whisperer. She helped immensely and got everything done that she needed, including a baby tooth extraction, and my kid left with a smile on her face! We travel almost an hour just to get the best care from Warrenton Dental. They are a Godsend. We've been loyal to them for years! So satisfied!

We had to switch dentists. Very happy with the first visit. Dr Foster takes her time, gets to know you. Excellent technique. Only does what is necessary. The office staff is very friendly and competent. So far I have nothing but good things to say. I had to have a filling replaced. It went very well.

Went in for a cracked tooth and was seen by Dr. Foster, she is an incredible lady, explained everything to me and answered every question in plain english so I could understand. Put my mind at ease with the entire procedure and scheduled a follow up visit for the extraction. This is where I met Dr. Chang - incredible oral surgeon.
The staff is super-friendly, extremely attentive and felt like I was the only patient there. Office is spotless and all their equipment is state of the art (I have a friend who is a dentist in another area).

I was told i had a large number of cavities and needed to get them filled. I had 4 filled and had trouble with pain for the following few weeks. I couldnt eat on that side of my mouth. I drove 2hours to my regular dentist to have him check my teeth and he was in shock. Everything she told me was wrong. And the 4 that i had done was such terrible work that they were the reasoning for the pain. He couldnt believe a dentist would let me walk out like that and said he would file a report himself if she practiced in the same state as him. Needless to say i will never come near there office again.
