We Blend Cafe is owned and operated by a husband and wife duo with a profound passion for people and coffee. This passion led to them creating a destination for coffee, community and conversation. Shawn and Shannta Carter spent 20 years consuming coffee and seeing the world thanks to Shawn's military service.

Awesome coffee shop. The place is beautiful on the inside and very clean. The owners were very welcoming, inviting, and extremely helpful. I normally drink my coffee black the lady behind the counter recommended cream and sugar with my French press. I explained that I didn’t like sweet she assured me that it would not be. When the drink came out it was perfect. I usually don’t drink a full cup but I drank the entire cup this time. The coffee was outstanding. I will be visiting again.

Beautiful place. Beautiful owner, very kind and friendly. Never had an issue. They go above and beyond. It’s a nice place to relax and unwind, enjoy delicious food and beverages and calm music. Everything is made fresh and the selection is great. Has never disappointed myself or my husband. Would definitely recommend!! They also have an online order service and their service is fast!

Took my 95-year old mom there yesterday and was totally blown away by the kindness of this young couple who did everything they could to accommodate her needs, coming out to my car to offer help getting her up the curb, and even holding the bathroom door open so I could follow her with the oxygen tank. Later the young woman even came and found me (two doors down) to tell me I had left my car door open. So uplifting to meet people like this in todays world. PLEASE, local people, give them all the business you can. They deserve to succeed.

I heard great things about We Blend Cafe from a Facebook group I'm in. I decided that the next time I was in Belle Chasse, i'd stop. A+ customer service & A+ drinks. I ordered the frozen blend and iced chai. Both were so good. The lady that came out with our drinks was really sweet. This really is a hidden gem. Will be back!

This cafe is amazing. I'm in love with the interior design and it's mood is so relaxing. I was recommended the carrot cake, the banana nut muffin along with the caramel ice latte and let me tell you, it was delicious. I definitely recommend y'all to come to this place. It's a must. The customer service is amazing and the owner is very cheerful and helpful as well. There's nothing I don't like.

This place is awesome. The food and drinks are delicious. I've tried their pastries, breakfast sandwich, and lunch sandwich. Everything tastes really good and I continue to come back to try something new.
The family who owns this place is wonderful. I've become a regular here and they always treat me with such kindness and warmth. Today was extra special. I unfortunately stepped in some fire ants near the grass and ran inside with my two year old daughter. I asked one of the owners if he could please move my car for me and he gladly did! They also got me some ice to help with my bites

We Blend Cafe is a beautiful mix of aesthetic, atmosphere, community, and coffee (of course). The owners are some of the kindest people I’ve met and their coffee knowledge far surpasses any barista you’ll find at a chain. There is plenty of seating and complimentary WiFi, making it a prime spot for remote workers and students alike. The baked goods are locally sourced and mostly (if not all) gluten-free with some vegan options as well. The beans they’ve chosen for their coffee and espresso is phenomenal and this pair know how to craft the perfect latte! I am incredibly excited to see We Blend
