While most of our competitors still follow the "old school" approach to property management, RedSail takes a different approach. With the old school model, your property manager handles everything from marketing, inspections, background checks, finances, maintenance, and the multitude of additional tasks related to to managing your home.
This option is for homeowners who just need help marketing, screening the tenant, showing the property, securing the deposit and facilitate the lease signing. This option does not include rent collection, lease enforcement, accounting, legal guidance, property inspections or repair & maintenance coordination.
IMPORTANT: Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:. Toilets are usually blocked by something obstructing the system and may need a plumber. Terrible experience, we drove an hour and a half for a showing we arranged a week prior. It was indicated to be self guided. We followed every necessary step for confirmation but received a system generated text “no prior authorization to enter”, despite the appointment. We immediately called and received a message someone would be in touch on the next business day. When they called back 2 days later on Monday we were told they didn’t see we had an appointment. Then they finally found it and told us they received many interests in this property over the weekend, completely dismissive of our

We have been looking for a home since September all the way from Texas, Kari and Nicole have always been very helpful! Once we arrived to Virgina they let us view the house right after the finishing touches and before our move in date, we are so happy with it! We look forward to our new rental home. My wife, son, and I were impressed every time we reached out to Red Sail. We rented from them for two years. A remarkable group, the staff is honest, fast, and empathetic. The websites they use make paying rent, communicating with staff, and requesting maintenance, a breeze. They use the best service companies with polite, efficient, and effective employees. An AMAZING property management team!!!!! Everyone is extremely professional and so kind, specifically Nicole Pappas and Nicole Hack. We dealt with them directly for the two years we rented the property they oversaw and were so attentive and understanding, whether it be a property meld or just one of the thousands of questions we had. I can't stress enough how wonderful this team is and they made our stay in Virginia so smooth.
