Do yourself the favor of avoiding this 'property manager'... They don't know the business. In addition, while I could forgive the ignorance on basic understanding of their own segment, I can't forgive willful unprofessionalism. The ratings are true. Steer clear as an owner/renter. (Would give zero stars if possible)

Slum lords and criminals. If that's what you want, then go on and rent from them. We had a leaky roof and moldy bathroom for 2 years. They also will make up bogus charges to your deposit when you end your lease. We were charged 400 to fill 6 pin sized holes from tacks in the wall. And they charged 300 for housekeeping when we had already paid a professional cleaner to clean the place. Just take at a look at their office and where they're located. They're dilapidated office in the ghetto should have been suffiecient warning. Dont make our mistake!
