Our live-in option allows for 24-hour monitoring by our caregivers. The caregivers work and sleep within the client's residence and will be available on-call at any time. We are an established home care agency who have been in the business for almost twenty years. We are dedicated to ensuring reliability, trust and total satisfaction in home care. Our team of experienced Geriatric Care Managers (comprised of RN's and LVN's) conduct initial interviews and consultations to determine the caregiving requirements.
After the initial consultation, our care manager conducts several one-on-one initial interviews and consultations with you and/or your loved ones to determine the care-giving requirement, level of care needed, and total cost of services. Our care manager evaluates all cases and makes proper recommendations for better service.
All caregiver applications are handled in person. To start your application, please visit our Marin office between 9am-3pm on Moday to Friday. No appointment is necessary. The caregiver application process typically takes one to two hours to complete, so please ensure you schedule accordingly before arriving onsite.

I feel they were more interested in making money then caring for our family member. They switched our aide on us and did not tell us. They made up several different stories as to why we did not get the original aide who was more knowledgeable of our family members needs . Very sneaky and shady.
Do your research there are several different home care companies that might not be a big, but are a lot more affordable and caring.

This is through a former employee's perspective. I had the opportunity of working for Acclaim Homecare for almost 10 years. Over the course of my time with them I have met so many caregivers, clients and their families. The owner has an open door policy and interacts with families and caregivers day in and day out. Deals with each concern in a personal level and does everything that he can to accommodate each client's needs. Some caregivers I keep in touch until now, most of them caring for the same clients which tells a lot regarding continuity of care.

We had a very poor experience with Acclaim. We found them disorganized and poor communicators. Their caregivers seemed to be at odds with them. One of the caregivers sued them for non AB 241 compliance. They also lacked transparency concerning this litigation. We ended up finding another service that continues to be excellent.
