Requesting medical records of one of our patients is simple. Dr. Winston Douglas received his medical Degree University at Buffalo State University of New York School Of Medicine and is board (ABIM) certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Douglas brings over 15 years' experience and is well versed in the health problems of aging populations with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, heart, and pulmonary diseases.

Job Summary: Provides assistance with various healthcare services following established policies and protocols including but not limited to obtainin specimens, conducting routine lab studies, and assisting with administrative functions.
We provide access to routine and urgent care appointments outside of regular business hours for our patients. After-hours appointments are available Monday through Friday between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. On Friday our walk-in hours are 9:00 AM to 2:45 PM with special accommodations made to have patients come in up to 5:00 PM.
