I was greeted by Nancy. Nancy is always professional and very welcoming. I look forward to her helping me. I don't know who the medical assistant was even though she told me on the way to the room. I know she has been there around 8 years from our conversation. I would love to have her room me again. Dr. Sullivan is very personable, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. I would love to see her again. I know I talked briefly with Melanie however someone else checked me out. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I was also told other information by another office person but I don't remember her

I have had Dr Kane as my primary going back to the old office. He is hands down the most caring and compassionate doctor that I see and I have quite an entourage of medical professionals. I always leave the office feeling better than I went in. As busy as he is, I appreciate the amount of time he takes with me. He treats not only my physical body but my emotional well being.

I was experiencing some health issues which woke me in the middle of the night. As instructed by the posters on the doors of the examining rooms, I called Lakeshore Primary before calling or going out to an urgent care. Dr. D’Angelo was on call and answered. I’m sure I woke her up. Despite this, she was so attentive to my issue and calmed my fears of what it wasn’t. She said the office would call me Monday to set up an appt.

There isn't better primary care in Western NY than Kristin Robillard, MD and this amazing team! Welcoming, compassionate, empathetic, highly knowledgeable, responsive, and caring to say the least. I have never had such top-notch medical care!! In addition, this medical office is highly efficient and should serve as a role model to other primary care practices!!

I have been a patient at Lakeshore Primary Care for several years. I have found that everyone that works there - doctors, nurses, receptionists, etc. -has been extremely courteous and helpful. If I have an issue someone can usually see me the same day. The portal is excellent. Someone responds within a day. I am extremely pleased with my care from Dr. Kane and his team. Although I moved to Buffalo, I am not willing to leave Lakeshore Primary Care.
