UBMD Internal Medicine (UBMDIM) is an internal medicine practice based on the ongoing pursuit of academic medical knowledge and treatment. We are affiliated with the University at Buffalo's Department of Medicine, and our team of doctors are made up of 135 physicians who are dedicated to serving our patients with the most innovative and efficient treatment solutions available.
Internal Medicine doctors - sometimes called Internists - deal with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease in adults. At UBMD Internal Medicine, we care for patients in both hospital and office practice settings. Currently we have teams of hospital-based doctors at Buffalo General Medical Center and Erie County Medical Center.
UBMDIM doctors who are specialists in the fields of allergy & immunology are trained in the evaluation, physical and laboratory diagnosis and management of disorders involving the immune system.
