I almost don’t know what to say, because I’m taken back by how horribly some of the staff and doctors behave at this practice.
The wait time when calling is totally unacceptable.
This practice is Dr. Felstead’s baby. This place could have been great. You guys need to get yourselves together. You’ve treated your patients horribly, and fail to recognize that the patient is supposed to be the one in control of their medical care. We don’t have time to argue with you.

I've always been treated well and with respect. Sometimes the phone wait can take a while but if you use the patient portal it's quick and efficient. I've been able to get in on the same day I call and have even had the office call me to check in after reading my portal messages. I love this group and feel well cared for.

This primary care provider is by far the worst, I have ever experienced. Huge money grab. You are not treated like a patient. There phone answering service is ridiculous. I was misdiagnosed more than once. Seen my dr one time after being a patient for 2 years. Called to cancel my appointment that was 8 am. Talked to no one. Waited for them to call me back. Never called. I called back 2 times that day . They never returned my call. Got a paper in the mail stating I was dropped as a patient. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Wish I would have. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to

5 different locations with the same phone number is preposterous. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone in a timely fashion. My wife has been a patient of one of the Doctors at the 30 North Union Rd. Williamsville location and has not had problems with the quality of care. However, the phone system is in dire need of improvement. They expect everyone to sign for the portal for every non urgent inquiries which is not practical us with limited electronic wisdom. Reason why I can only give 1 star.

They earned a poor rating for a reason; one of the absolute worst offices in the area. Sure, there are a few good staff sprinkled here and there but at the core, they are mismanaged and a business after your money. They will have you waiting for hours and hours between phone calls on hold and in the patient rooms. Then, they will get the newest, least trained staff to mert with you and incorrectly diagnose you. I highly recommend if you plan on going here, only go for basic things like a flu shot. Everything else leave to professionals that you can trust. They almost convinced me I needed emergency

I agree with others who comment about long wait times when you call. I just waited in the queue for 44 minutes. That is insane! We already pay so much for medical care, now we have to pay with our precious time too? I understand that everywhere is short-staffed right now, but there has to be a better solution. My suggestion: improve communication! Your patients need you! I will also just add that other than horrible phone system, they are nice people with a lot of locations and even extended hours which is convenient for people who work full time.

I have been pleased with the care I have received by Dr. Usen and his staff. The reason for my lower rating is that it is incredibly difficult to reach this practice by phone. I was recently ill and reached out by phone to set up an appointment. I was on hold for 52 minutes which is grossly unacceptable.

I have been a patient for years and unfortunately I have made a decision to look for a different primary that can better assist me with my health concerns. Not only do I have to wait on hold over an hour every time I call, but they are also not replying to my messages via the portal. 3 days ago I sent an email detailing my health concerns and they can't even call me. When they did call about my first message they left a vm telling me to write my concerns out on an email. I was sick a few weeks back and they refused to give be antibiotics even though I needed them desperately. I had to call several

I have been getting told that my primary nor anyone else at this practice can help at all. I have been bounced back and fourth between GI and urology with no patient advocacy from this office. It has been 5 months ongoing on repeat infections and daily chronic pain to the pain I can’t sleep. After being on hold for 45 minutes and being hung up on, this is ridiculous. I call weekly if not 3 times a week to get help and answers and I never get a call back, frequently have delayed prescriptions and feel like I have to do all of the work advocating for myself when I don’t even understand the issue

They are getting too big for the good of their patients and themselves. Established patients are put off on the p.a. or incoming residents, while the doctors focus on new patients. Trying to contact they by phone is nearly impossible, and emails to the doctor are intercepted by other staff members and often mishandled. When my wife and I complained about the office canceling our appointments that were made almost a year ago, they dropped us as patients when we demanded to see our own doctor over a medical resident or p.a. My wife and I have very serious health issues, and have been misdiagnosed

My care with this office has improved over the years that I've been a patient here.

I only became a patient here because this is the practice where my doctor came.

As many other Yelpers have stated, the office staff isn't the most attentive, nor do they seem to have any motivation to do more than absolutely necessary for a patient.

In years past, I was stressed, sickly, overweight, and struggled many times a year, with a variety of aches, pains, and illnesses.

At one point, I spoke with the office manager and said that I wanted my chart flagged for "doctor" Damien Z. to

As you may recall, in the past 2 months I have been back and forth with your office about excruciating pain in my groin/hip area. I was prescribed steroids and tramadol but when the pain did not subside, I

We moved not long ago, and I was looking for a new primary family care physician not far from our new home. As far as location goes, Primary Care of WNY fit the bill. I called to make appointments for my fam', and got put into a queue with an estimated wait time of 30 - 60 minutes. Yikes, that is very unusual compared to any other doctor I've ever had, never have I had to wait an hour to make an appointment. I decided to leave my number to get called back later when it was my turn in the queue. The automated system confirmed my number, and hung up. I never got a call back. I decided to

This was the worst practice that I ever have dealt with. Nothing but a headache from the time I started going to them until I left the practice. I have had copd for years and was never told to go to a pulmonary doctor until I asked them to fill out FMLA papers. The pulmonary doctor phone lung cancer that I'm thankful was treated by another physician. The last straw was when I had paperwork to be filled out that was filled out for another patient, a friend of mine, but they told me they couldn't fill out mine. This horrible can I still buy more than. Dr streicher was not a good doctor

My experience here was great. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, I was seen at my appointment time and I felt listened to and cared for by my FNP. She spent at least 30 minutes with me and I didn't feel rushed or like I was eating up her time with my questions.

Cancelled my appointment online and because it didn't go through they charged me a $25 cancellation fee. Told them I wasn't paying it so they dropped me as a patient. Over $25! Lol these people only care about the money. Even though I had a PCP, I saw a different doctor each time. Avoid this place.

I do not remember the name of my doctor i will add it in later. She has been my doctor for a few years now, and i never had issues until my last appointment. Its been a couple months since that appointment, but i can't get it out of my head. My doctor was so undeniably rude to me, she was making negative comments about my weight, which is RIDICULOUS. She didnt realize i had just had my baby the last appointment (before this one), and figured i was just naturally obese. i am a female who is 5'9" and i weigh about 143 which is average for my height. I have always been considered skinny

Love my actual Doctor, but to many frustrating errors. Impossible to get the nurse on the line when I was returning her call, only to be told by receptionist that they only call you when it's something BAD ! Went to pick up a script that I was assured had been called in, it wasn't. Got up at 5:30am on a 30 degree morning to go for my blood work that they told me was sent over... nope. Beyond annoyed.

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
evey time I am there, office is filled with secretary's yet they never answer the phone.
I have been on hold right now for 20min and counting.
Last time I was there they advised me to do holistic treatments. The next day I went to immediate care and was given a prescription for a severe sinus infection.

It's a shame how terrible the office is run. You'll find that most often the one and only phone line to make an appointment rings busy for hours and you have no option but to keep dialing. Once you're in you're treated very poorly. The office staff is very impersonal and short with you, almost like you're inconveniencing them.

Most of the physicians I've seen are very friendly (it's impossible to ever get an appointment with my PC so I'm forced to see another doctor) but they often don't actually come into the examining room until 30-45 minutes after

Some of the physicians were are great. Some are horrible. My fiance was seen here at the same time as me and I overheard the staff talking poorly about him in the hallway (because we happened to have appointments at the same time). Against my better judgement, I continued to keep them as my primary. I went there again yesterday (the attending and resident were wonderful) for a problem, and the physician let me know to call and follow up in regards to the problem today. I did so and the corresponding nurse was horrible to me. She hung up on me multiple times and was uninterested in hearing about

I went to there Kenmore office as my GP for about 10 years and it ended last month I almost never saw my primary physician Cary Vastola, but knew he was busy. The doctors and nurses in general are nice. The phone system, to quote the last reviewer "sucks like a bag of dicks". Long hold time, or just rings busy.

The office staff has a lot of problems. Bad attitude. They mess up or don't send referrals in time. Notes on appointments in their online system for patients are often incorrect. Especially for the referral mistakes, which cost other people money and they HATE being called

My husband and I, and our two children, were patients here for years. We loved our primary (Dr. Martinke), but over the years it became near impossible to get an appointment with him and we were constantly routed to residents and PAs. We never minded seeing residents and knew that this was a teaching practice, but it went from being a reasonable balance of seeing a resident and then seeing the doctor to being a quite unreasonable balance over several years where we'd be initially examined by a med student and then see a resident and never see anyone higher than a resident.
