He has a very disrespectful and rude para-legal. And then when I called to complain about her un- professionalism instead of listening and taking some responsibility I was told “well some people just need to be talked to in a flowery manner.” We’re all business people “flowery manner” is not a requirement. Knowing who to ask for money from and when and answering simple questions in a professional manner is a requirement. And then to top it off they charged me for the time on the phone discussing my complaint. Who charges you for voicing a complaint?

I have been very impressed with the lawyer here, but also the paralegal. Amanda has been going back and forth with me on the details, taking her time to make sure everything was right. She also explained everything to me so that I was able to fully understand the process of everything.
It’s normally a stressful time when you’re needing a lawyer and they’ve made it as smooth as possible.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Evans and Franklin. Their law office was always super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Jarred was extremely knowledgeable and always confident. He really knows how to tell you what to expect and gives you the truth.
