Cara Davis MD founded Med One Medical Group in 2000 and serves as medical director. She completed her undergraduate and medical education at the University of Virginia Charlottesville, VA followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She was board certified in 1998 and she has completed additional training in Occupational Medicine from UCSF.

I recently was seen as a new patient. The front was very informative and friendly. Emily was the MA and took me back to the room and was so WELCOMING and PROFESSIONAL. She made me feel like was talking to a close friend and was very calming. She went over all questions and explained everything. I saw the PA Alex, who is a PROFESSIONAL and KIND. She listened to everything I said and answered my questions with no judgment. I will recommend all my friends to Med One Medical Group. Med one and their staff are every I expect from a medical clinic. I have a chronic condition so I visit them, frequently. My primary is Tyler Cassidy, he's excellent, diligent, and respectful. My condition would be much worse without him. In addition to Tyler, I have recently started visiting Gary Gruber, whom I liked right away. He seems to very eager to help Tyler and I tackle my problems. I have, on occasion, visited a few of their other doctors, and have been treated with the exact same care and diligence I've experienced with Tyler and Gary.

The physicians at Med One are truly unique in their approach to wellness. From the very first appointment, each visit involves conversation about how you are feeling and how you are progressing with your particular situation. They listen.
