My father and I have lived here since 2012, on and off(for me.) They had pretty terrible management for a little while but the new owners/management have worked very hard to make this a better place to live. Even went as far and having WIFI at the pool! I'm excited to see what they come up with next.

Second day of move in, I learned that the maintenance crew is kind, capable, and persistent in completing the job. After an exterior water main wreaked havoc on my bathroom, they were there immediately with the shop vac before any damage could occur to my stuff, a dehumidifier, and encouraging conversation while we waited for the plumber. Hats off guys!!!

I have been here for 4 years. The new manager has running this place to the ground. The people in the office are very rude and unprofessional the should be working at a fast food place not with people that spend over 1200 a month to live here. I am going to break my lease because nothing gets fixed and the people in the office are not there to help you. They are there to do nothing but collect a check. Now there are telling me I have to wait two hr to talk to the manager because she is in a meeting. They towed my car Illegally why there are at least three disabled vehicles in my parking lot I have

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever seen. They came into my apartment unannounced for “inspections” nothing makes a woman feel safer than 2 men unlocking your door and coming into your apartment without notice. They took note of mold in the bathroom and didn’t do anything about it. They switch mailboxes around and I had to pay another $50 for my prescription that was sent we called the United States postal office and it’s illegal to switch them around. They did not care. Every person I’ve talked to that lives there said they hated it and didn’t

I made a move from out of State to Clearwater Fl. In moving from out of state I experienced some challenges in finding a place to live. I moved to the Palms at countryside, and I want to thank Tracy and her office staff and the maintenance crew for all the things they did to make it go well. Without that extra support it would have been much harder. I also want to point out that I had a problem with the apartment that needed to be fixed. The AC unit was over 20 years old and just not working that well. I talked to Tracy about and she sent the crews over to check and document what it was not doing

I applied for an apartment here. They never tried calling my rental reference but told me they couldn’t get in touch with them. I was told by one agent that my application was going to be discarded because of this, another told me I would simply have a significant deposit instead (was given an initial rate for deposit in the low hundreds, then was told the deposit would be over $1,000). They would not accept rental references from my previous landlords, my pay stubs, contract from my new job, etc. (even after leasing agents had told me these were all acceptable). Rental office never answered

Had my unit inspection today around 1:00 during my lunch break, they noted some repairs needed to be done, by the time I got home from work at 5:00 PM they already had the repairs completed. Highly satisfied. Tracy the property manager is awesome! Allow her the time and resources that she needs to succeed and you will have a lot of happy residents.
