Given the residential location of the Motel, we kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet surroundings by keeping noise levels down after 11pm. Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur a two (2) night charge. Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to he arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and it is a perfect place if you don't mind simple and small space. It's a room with a bathroom along with a mini fridge, desk, tv, and air conditioning which was essential in the summer heat. It's a quiet spot on the water with plenty of privacy. The owner keeps the rooms very clean and tidies up. For the price and simplicity, it is well worth a stay.

Sweet, simple room. If you are looking for fancy, this isn't it. However, if you want a pretty view, a comfy bed, and don't mind a small bathroom, this is your place. Fridge and microwave in the room; nice tv; quiet location; clean room; privacy; and friendly owner. A dresser vs a desk would be nice, and newer rugs and bedspread would also be great. But, overall a very nice place for the cost and location.
