Spent two nights there in room 18. Checked in, got in the room found the toilet wouldn't flush. Water was shut off for good reason. Toilet was plugged up. Went back to the desk and they gave me a plunger and bucket. Got the toilet working and the floor cleaned up only to find that the sink drain was not draining very well either. Only response I got was they had a plumber coming the next day. Good luck to the next patrons this was 9-24

Really quaint, older motel. Super convenient for a one night stay. The rooms are very clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Perfect location to walk through town.

This was a great stay. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Virginia and co. couldn't have been kinder, more accommodating, or enjoyable to talk to. The price and location are unbeatable. I'm looking forward to staying here again next summer.

Location, location, location!! My first time to “The Cape!” The owner is VERY nice. The motel is quaint, clean, quiet and walkable to the local grub hubs. There’s fresh hot coffee in the check in area every morning. There’s thoughtfully placed sitting areas in the small public areas and lush landscaping abounds. Virginia freely loans out accoutrements for a day at the beach (a quick jaunt at ten minutes): umbrellas, towels, and a bag. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!!! Thank you for a GREAT stay. See you in 2023!!!

Cute and quaint 1950s motel. 18 rooms, very friendly owner was working at the front desk at 10:45pm and back at 5:30am just before I checked out. Spacious room, short drive to the Steamship Authority ferry terminal and local attractions. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very clean and the wood lined walls add some charm. Super friendly helpful staff. I give it a 5 star review for what it is, but it’s really a two star hotel. There aren’t enough electrical outlets. You can only plug in any two of the following: TV, refrigerator, lamp, your device. There is no thermostat for the centrally controlled heat. You do have your own air conditioner, though. I think the towels might be as old as the motel There is no phone in the room. Excellent location and good value for the money.
