Welcome to Clifton Comprehensive Medical Center, an internal medicine practice offering quality, Primary Healthcare for all adults. Doctors Ricardo Rey and Sandra Ugras-Rey are board-certified physicians in internal medicine. They will partner with you in improving your health and wellness. Clifton Comprehensive Medical Center accepts patients from most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

If you do not have insurance, our physicians are happy to see you as a private pay patient. Please call ahead if you have any questions about our fees. Clifton Comprehensive is conveniently located on Paulison Avenue in Clifton, NJ. We serve Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Union and Bergen counties. Horrible, unprofessional place. Waiting for 3 hours to see a doctor for 3 mins. The female doctor Sandra ugras is very rude.

Went there as a new patient, place was super pack but i still waited to be seen. Front desk was super busy and loud, but they were very helpful directing me to some specialist also with referrals.

Well attended by english speaking latin girls, doctors are clear and even simphatic. A little crowded sometimes walk in acepted till 2 pm but better call. A 3 stars its enough, try allways to avoid any dr before...

I came here because my mother recommended it. She liked the doctor, Dr. Rey. And I will say, since shes been seeing him she's heathlier and happier. Not sure if its because he's a great doctor or because he speaks Spanish and my mom feels more comfortable with that. So because she had nothing but good things to say, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment for 10:15am one day to have blood work done. When I get here, no one greets me. Its as if it was a bother that I was there. The two receptionists were on the phone and the waiting room was packed. I was told I dont have an appointment

Awesome Doctor's and staff. Very caring and they take time to listen to you. They don't rush you in and out. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. I've never been disappointed with my care here. Highly recommend Clifton Comprehensive.

Doctor Ricardo is a hack who obviously gets kick back for the medication he writes. wait times are ridiculous and the office is disgusting. the exam tops are granite(which is porous and can hold bacteria on its surface) the sinks are falling out of the counters, the doctor ran out off paper towels while examining me walked out grab a whole roll and threw it down on the counter for it to become infected. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this office.
