Very clean facility. I see most people were complaining of wait times but I think I waited a reasonable amount of time to be seen being that I’ve waited at other offices before and they’ve taken WAY longer even when I was the only one in the office. Dr. Humera is thorough and kind. It does seem like she makes sure all your questions are answered.

Dr.Rafath Humara is one of the best doctor in Clifton. She is experienced, highly qualified.She is so successful. However , her office always crowded , waiting times awful , to make an appointment very difficult,patients who are not able to go to the office, impossible to get virtual appointments, you just have to get COVID-19 test (it takes 2-3 days )and positive results for the online appointment, more over there is no chance to get phone calls to ask her anything. Finally, I highly recommend her as a doctor , she is excellent,but she need a perfect team and HR or Costumer Service.

As always Dr. Humera was perfect. She takes the time to diagnose and explain what is wrong. She makes sure I know what to do, when to do it, and why I am doing whatever has been requested. And her Nurse Practitioner Christine was awesome. She took the time to double check to make sure she was correct in her thoughts. I recommend Dr. Humera to anyone

Like most people have said, Dr. Humera is caring and an excellent listener which is probably why the wait time is crazy. She takes the time to really understand the needs of her patients and I never feel rushed in her office. She is a sweet doctor who cares about her patient as a whole person (rather than focused only on their complaint). They say people will forget what you did or said but they won’t forget how you made them feel. Her spirit and warmth makes me feel terrific no matter my symptoms. Yes, the wait is a struggle but I struggle through it because she’s wonderful!

If you have a serious health issue or concern, you may want to pass on her. She’s a nice lady and seems caring but, she’s not a very good doctor. I saw her a total of 3x after having some very odd symptoms (post Covid) and she dismissed my symptoms each time and gave me a diagnosis of anxiety. When I asked her for thorough blood work she said “I need a reason to order it”. I have a new doctor now and he told me my symptoms could be after affects from Covid, and requested LOTS of bloodwork without question or hesitation. After doing some research, it looks like I have long haul Covid. Also

While Dr. Humera herself is an okay doctor, I would not recommend her office staff to deal with anyone or anything in even a smidge of a competent or efficient manner. I had been seeing her for almost 6 years, and have suffered through her horrible staff and reprehensible waiting times and had finally had enough of it. The wait time in this office is incredulous - almost 2 hours every visit I have ever had just to see the doctor for a regular physical. I've known Dr. Humera for many years. She is a smart, gentle, caring and honest practitioner. She takes the time to listen to your needs and prescribes the most sensible approach to your condition. I highly recommend the services she provides. She is truly the best decision I’ve made when it come to my primary care. I’ve never had any issues with the staff and I have been seeing her for about 7 years now and can’t fathom switching to anyone else.

I’ve been coming to do laser for hair removal with Anhar and it had been an absolutely amazing experience! I’ve done laser before but I have seen so much better results with her. On top of that she’s so sweet and friendly and really takes care of her patients. Highly recommend her and the entire office!!!!
