Abortion Pill, also known as RU486 (medication combo), may be offered up to 10 weeks of gestation. The non-surgical abortion process involves a transvaginal ultrasound to determine length of pregnancy, lab work and counseling to ensure that the patient understands the process fully.

A medical abortion is an alternative to a surgical abortion. The procedure involves medication, called Mifeprex or Mifepristone, in combination with Misoprostol to terminate an early pregnancy without surgery. We provide early surgical abortions in the first trimester of pregnancy, under the care of the most experienced Board Certified Gynecologists and Anesthesiologists (female upon request) in the state of New Jersey. Our patients have the option of local anesthesia, conscious sedation or general anesthesia.

There aren’t words to express the warmth and kindness i felt throughout my experience here. if you are scared and anxious about picking the right clinic i can’t recommend this place enough.
from my first interaction on the phone nilda was patient was sweet and answered all my annoying questions without a hint of impatience. first impressions make a big difference so this was really important to me. i had called other facilities and they were not pleasant on the phone which instantly left me with a bad taste in my mouth. i looked into many different places and they all offered different costs

Highly recommended!!! The professionalism and outstanding service to undergo such a changing affect on your body and mind was exceptional. The people here are absolutely wonderful people. They made a very scary situation, less scary and comforting. The nurse in my operating room managed to make me laugh and smile when I was terrified. I will never forget waking up in recovery, getting up to walk, and sitting and laughing with the nurse for no reason. They really made me feel comforted and relaxed.

They are very friendly and understandable. Being pregnant and going through this is not easy at all. Going to women’s choice and seeing how nice they treated me, makes me feel like the least I can do is write them this review. I went in with a bad mood barely had a smile on my face ( not intentional) but when the receptionist/ consultant gave me a smile, I immediately smiled back and couldn’t remove that off my face. My mood was changed, they walk you through the whole process step by step. I am happy that they helped me out of my situation and felt supported about my decision. I’m thankful

Didnt want to be pregnant but getting everything handled by Women's choice was a good experience for me. Staff was friendly and caring and doctors were amazing. Explained everything in detail. There was no need for me to worry, they made it very easy! I would definitely recommend for everyone in my situation to give them a call!

UNBELIEVABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNSATISFACTORY. I had an appointment at 8:30 am for a post check up, arrived at 8:20. They called me in at 8:30 just to wait in another waiting room. Waited until 9 then asked what I was waiting for and they told me the doctor had not come in yet. Why would you schedule appointments for a time the doctors not in? Makes no sense to me. Left after 9:20 because the doctor still had not shown up. They did not respect my time.
