I've been coming to this office for 2 years and will continue to come here. Dr. Hsieh is very thorough and gives a comprehensive overview of my eye health after each exam/fitting. Natalie helped me with ordering a year supply of contact lenses, ensure I received instructions for a $50 rebate this time around, and was very helpful overall. I appreciate the quality of care and attentiveness of the staff.

I've been a customer for about 5 years now, and can say it's been consistently great and friendly service. I've actually moved about 45 minutes away a couple years ago, but still think it's worth coming back.
Dr. Hsieh is always up for answering any questions as well as explaining anything he's doing, and it's great that he has this deep eye scanning machine for finding any abnormalities that a normal exam can't discover (though for an extra cost, but hey our eyes are important so I do it every time).

I had an appointment to get some frames. I don’t know much about style and certainly less about glasses as it’s my first time doing this. Two wonderful people there Michelle and Nat helped me try out a large assortment of frames and they helped me pick the best looking frame for my face and worked with my budget and insurance with minimal hassle. This place is what I refer to as excellent. All top notch equipment which is able to diagnose more than you ever wanted to know. A complete explanation of the eye exam was provided during the exam. Aiden was our salesman who spent as much time as needed to select my new glasses. He was very pleasant, personable, and really knew his trade. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ll be honest, I’m considering an out of state move, but this is one place I might have to fly back for to keep the level of service, quality frames and kind professionalism I’ve experienced at EyeLove. I was greeted upon entry to their eyecare shop. Everyone has been great in assisting me regarding options of frames, lens, and how much my insurance covers for my total payments. The glasses arrived sooner than I had expected. My new reading glasses are very comfortable to wear too. I got the attention, specially in selecting frames which has to have just the right specs given my high prescription. My new glasses fit and are fashionable. I never thought fashion was even possible for my own pair of glasses. All my life my glasses were coke bottle thick, very much nerdy looking and uncomfortable. Now, they fit and look great. I appreciate Aidan and Allison for their eyes toward fashion as well as function.

I’ve been going to this optometry for a few years. Their service over all has always been great. Dr Park explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand what’s being said. Their collection of frames is TOP NOTCH. I think I have about 4 or 5 of them at this point. If you’re looking for some new frames and what to look fly in some beautiful ones, please go see him. He will choose some frames according to your face shape and everything. I’d definitely recommend this place

Went to pick up my Dita prescription sunglasses. They are fabulous. This place has the best brand name frames. If you want quality and modern frames, this is the place to go. The whole staff is very friendly, accommodating, and are experts in helping you select the best frames. Michelle was great! She was very sweet, friendly, and patient (a combination that is hard to find). She helped me make adjustments to my frames to make sure they fit perfectly and wouldn't slide down my nose. Overall, top notch doctor, staff, service, and glasses/sunglasses!

I have been going here for years, and have always had a hard time with the condescending way I am pushed to order specific products.
This last time my prescription for contacts did not match what I had been told I needed, so I was unable to order contacts.
When I called the office, the reception was great, said that the notes had the right prescription and I would get a call back with a solution. Great!
When I received a call back, it was the optometrist telling me I was wrong, he had no idea what anyone was talking about, there were no notes, refused to ask the reception, and didn’t recall

They'll cancel your appointment last minute without notice while you're in the waiting room and even show up respectfully early yet they'll tell you that it's a $40 fee if you cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice. Terrible customer service.
They do not respect your time as a client, willfully giving other clients special treatment and kicking your appointment to the curb.
I've taken my business elsewhere after dealing with the rude staff and the dismissive nature of their response to this situation.

I had a fire in my home this weekend. We're all fine and only my room was burned, but I lost all my glasses except for one pair . My favorite red Tom Ford's. I called and spoke to Emmy(ie) and she was so nice to me that she made me cry. She told me that it was ok to grieve and to take good care of myself. She also told me she could get my lenses for the glasses (My prescription is complex and expensive to say the least) for free because they're under warranty, and 30% off the frames (which she could order for me). I have to wait for the renters insurance so she said she would order

What an incredibly caring team! The staff are professional, attentive and know their stuff. I had not had an eye exam in over three years and so glad I came to Dr Hsieh. He spent ample time educating me on my aging eyes, providing some practical eye care tips which have been very helpful. The office staff including Aidan and M. were so helpful in guiding me through the eyewear selection process. Covid protocol were spot on. Super convenient parking and worth the short drive from Oakland. I love the family feel of the Eye Love office space and highly recommend them.

Once I received my glasses I noticed a scratch on my brand new glasses. When I told Aiden he offered to remake new ones right away without hesitation. I mentioned how eye sight was slightly blurry after my appointment wearing my contacts and glasses and Aiden offered AMAZING service by offering to get a new appointment if my glasses don't adjust within the next few weeks

Their COVID protocols were fantastic - felt very safe interacting with the staff and other customers. Calling in for an appointment was easy and they check your temperature at the door.
The doctor was very friendly and clear about my change in prescription.
The staff was amazing! I'm very happy with the new frames that I got - I'm very indecisive and have no sense for fashion so thank you eye love for helping me!!
