Dr Hoang examination was thorough. Today I went and pick up my glass. I asked the technician whether she could put in some rubber pad for my current glass. She first said yes. When she comes back she said that will cost you $10. I paid close to $200 for just my glass lenses and co pay. I feel like the front desk people try to milk out as much as they can.

Dr. Hoang and the whole team here helped me out when I had a corneal ulcer caused by an infection. The symptoms happened overnight and they were so helpful as to take me in last minute on the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend, and took excellent care of me with frequent check-ins and follow ups. Really amazing care and I’ll be returning for continued eye care.

Found my new favorite optometric office. Came here because it was walking distance from my place. Dr. Fujikawa was excellent. Very thorough eye exam and was able to explain things to me others eye doctors didn't. Ying, who works in the front, was also great. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

My entire family has been to the practice/gotten glasses here at one time or another over the years. We have always been thoroughly pleased with the experience. The shop is small yet space is used extremely efficiently. The front office staff has always been extremely pleasant and accommodating. I have seen both Dr. Chun and Dr. Samii. I am so pleased with their expertise that, even though I now live in Minnesota, I try to coordinate trips home with my vision appointments.

This was my first time to the optometrist in 2 years. And it was amazing. Dr. Chun is patient and explains everything very clearly. And Allan in the office was a pleasure. He helped me find the perfect glasses and even took his time to make sure all my measurements were correct. I cannot wait to receive them. Thanks!!!

Terrible. Is it even believable that an optometry and eyeglass shop CANT help customers repair glasses. Women in the front made excuses on how they can’t help with fixing my missing screw. My glasses were just missing a screw. If you ever need eyeglass or optometry help, just go down Shattuck for more.
