Molly is everything you dream about when working with a realtor! She really went above and beyond to help close on my beautiful home. Our closing had some complications and competition, but Molly worked through it all. There was no limit to her customer service, and she helped every step of the way. She was responsive as well as knowledgeable about every house/area we looked at and her positive attitude is unmatched! I would and have recommend her services to all of my friends and family. I can't recommend Molly enough. Molly works with a lot of developers and is from the DC area, resulting in a strong knowledge of the DC market. She advised on good neighborhoods to target for my next investment property, leveraging her knowledge of ongoing development projects in the area. Molly is professional, a good negotiator, and remains calm in high stress situations. She also has an eye for design and was able to recommend expanding on a project to increase the bedroom count and overall revenue generated by the asset. Lastly, It took us 9 months to go under contract on an asset; she stuck

As a first time home buyer, Molly really made what could have been a super stressful process into something very manageable. She was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Molly exceeded our expectations in buying a new home. We were relocating to the DC area from out of state. From the very start, Molly listened to our needs, and kept in contact with us as we searched for a home from a distance.
